Welcome to KaBingo. KaBingo is a social bingo app made so families and friends who are far apart can enjoy a bingo night together. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use KaBingo.

1. What KaBingo is

KaBingo is for entertainment only. Hosts open rooms, players join with in-app credits, and numbers are called live in the room, either by an automated caller or by the host. The app also runs automatic "Daily Bingo" rooms on a schedule, open to everyone. Event organizers can also open private event rooms for their guests with an Event Pass (see section 10); event games use free cards, not credits. It is a game for fun, not a betting or gambling service.

2. Who can use KaBingo

KaBingo is meant for family entertainment. Children may use it only together with, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on their behalf. You are responsible for everyone who plays using your device or account.

3. Your account

You sign in with your Google account, or with an email address and a password. Please use accurate information.
If you use a password, it is set and kept securely by our sign-in provider; the developer never sees it. An administrator can reset your password for you on request.
One account per person. Keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity under it.
An administrator manages roles (admin, host, player) and may approve or remove host access.
Event guests and organizers do not need an account. Scanning an event's QR code lets you join with just a name, and an organizer opens their event page with a private link. Both use a temporary guest session kept on the device, which cannot be recovered if you leave the event or clear your browser data (see section 10).

4. Fun credits have no cash value

Credits in KaBingo are for play only. They have no monetary value.
Credits cannot be purchased and cannot be cashed out or exchanged for money. An Event Pass fee (section 10) does not buy credits.
Credits are granted by an administrator. An administrator may adjust, reset, or remove credits, for example to correct mistakes or to address misuse.
You may request more credits in the app; an administrator decides whether to grant them.
If a room is cancelled before it starts, any credits spent on cards for that room are returned.

5. Rooms, cards, and play

Hosts set each room's rules, including card price (in credits), maximum cards per player, win pattern, number of rounds, and whether the host also plays. Buying a card spends credits. Winning is decided automatically by the app based on the numbers called and the room's pattern. The in-app credit pot (from card purchases, plus for Daily Bingo a starting minimum the app provides) is paid to the winner automatically. "Daily Bingo" rooms are created and run automatically by the app rather than by a host; an administrator can adjust or cancel them.

6. Prizes are arranged outside the app

Important. KaBingo does not pay prizes and does not handle prize money. Any prize described in a room (for example a GCash amount) is offered, arranged, and given directly by the host, outside the app. KaBingo is not a party to that arrangement and is not a gambling operator.

KaBingo does not process payments, hold funds, or transfer money between users.
The only payment connected to KaBingo is the fee an event organizer pays for an Event Pass (section 10). It is a fee for using the service, paid by GCash directly to the developer outside the app. It is not a stake, a bet, or a prize.
Whether a prize is given, and how, is entirely between the host and the players.
KaBingo is not responsible if a host does not deliver a promised prize.

7. Phone / GCash number and verification

You may choose to add a phone or GCash number to your profile so that a host can send you a prize outside the app. Providing it is voluntary. A "verified" mark means an administrator has checked the number for the community's convenience; it is not identity verification or a financial (KYC) check, and it is not a guarantee of anything.

8. Fair play and conduct

Play fairly. Do not cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate results.
Be respectful in chat. Offensive language is filtered, and abusive behavior is not allowed.
An administrator may pause, deactivate, or remove accounts that break these rules.

9. Hosts' responsibilities

If you host a room, you are responsible for running it fairly and honestly, for describing prizes truthfully, and for any prize you choose to give. You must follow any laws that apply to you. Hosts act on their own behalf, not on behalf of KaBingo.

10. Event Passes (organizers and guests)

An Event Pass lets an organizer, for example for a birthday, party or company event, run private bingo games for their guests, who join by scanning a QR code without an account.

Fee. The organizer pays a one-time fee for each event. The fee depends on the number of guests and is shown on the request form before it is sent. It is a fee for using the service (the event room and its tools), not a stake, a bet, a prize, or a purchase of credits.
How payment works. The organizer pays by GCash to the account shown in the app, then sends the reference number and a screenshot of the payment with the request. An administrator checks the payment and approves or rejects the request. A pass works only after it is approved. KaBingo does not process or hold the payment; it is made directly, outside the app.
Refunds. Before a request is approved, you may ask us to withdraw it and return your payment. Once a pass is approved, the fee is not refundable.
What a pass covers. One event on the date given (the organizer can move it freely before the day of the event, and only within the same day on the day itself) and up to the number of guests of the size chosen. It comes with one private event room, with as many rounds as the organizer sets; on the day of the event, the organizer can add more rounds to the same room after a game ends. The guest QR code works from 6 hours before the event starts until midnight (Philippine time) of the event day. Event games use free cards and no credits.
Prizes. As in section 6, any prize is arranged and given by the organizer outside the app. KaBingo is not a party to it.
Organizer's responsibilities. Give accurate payment and contact details. Keep your event page link private: anyone who has it can manage your event, and if it is lost we cannot recover it automatically. Use the pass only for lawful social events, and make sure children play only with a parent or guardian. Organizers act on their own behalf, not on behalf of KaBingo.
Guests. Guests join with a name only. Their name, cards and chat messages are visible to the organizer and to the others in the event's games. A guest session is kept on the guest's device; if the guest leaves the event or clears their browser data, their cards and progress are lost and they must scan the QR code again.
Misuse. An administrator may reject a request, end an event, or remove an event room or guest for misuse, for example a false payment, offensive content, or abuse of the QR code.

11. Availability and changes

KaBingo is provided "as is" and may change, pause, or stop at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. Significant changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, KaBingo and its owner are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including disputes between players and hosts, prizes that are not delivered, missed games, or interruptions of service. Credits have no monetary value, so their loss carries no monetary claim.

13. Privacy

You sign in with Google or with an email and password. With Google we receive your name, email address, and profile picture.
We store your display name, unique username, avatar, optional phone/GCash number, credit balance, and your game activity (rooms, cards, chat) to run the game.
If you request an Event Pass we also store the event details, a phone number or email, the GCash reference number, and a screenshot of your payment, which only administrators can see. Event guests give only a name.
Data is stored using Supabase (our backend provider). We do not sell your data.
Chat messages and your display name are visible to others in the same room.
