Welcome to KaBingo. KaBingo is a social bingo app made so families and friends who are far apart can enjoy a bingo night together. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use KaBingo.

1. What KaBingo is

KaBingo is for entertainment only. Hosts open rooms, players join with in-app credits, and numbers are called live in the room, either by an automated caller or by the host. It is a game for fun, not a betting or gambling service.

2. Who can use KaBingo

KaBingo is meant for family entertainment. Children may use it only together with, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on their behalf. You are responsible for everyone who plays using your device or account.

3. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. Please use accurate information.
One account per person. Keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity under it.
An administrator manages roles (admin, host, player) and may approve or remove host access.

4. Fun credits have no cash value

Credits in KaBingo are for play only. They have no monetary value.
Credits cannot be purchased and cannot be cashed out or exchanged for money.
Credits are granted by an administrator. An administrator may adjust, reset, or remove credits, for example to correct mistakes or to address misuse.
If a room is cancelled before it starts, any credits spent on cards for that room are returned.

5. Rooms, cards, and play

Hosts set each room's rules, including card price (in credits), maximum cards per player, win pattern, number of rounds, and whether the host also plays. Buying a card spends credits. Winning is decided automatically by the app based on the numbers called and the room's pattern.

6. Prizes are arranged outside the app

Important. KaBingo does not handle money and does not pay prizes. Any prize described in a room (for example a GCash amount) is offered, arranged, and given directly by the host, outside the app. KaBingo is not a party to that arrangement and is not a gambling operator.

KaBingo does not process payments, hold funds, or transfer money between users.
Whether a prize is given, and how, is entirely between the host and the players.
KaBingo is not responsible if a host does not deliver a promised prize.

7. Phone / GCash number and verification

You may choose to add a phone or GCash number to your profile so that a host can send you a prize outside the app. Providing it is voluntary. A "verified" mark means an administrator has checked the number for the community's convenience; it is not identity verification or a financial (KYC) check, and it is not a guarantee of anything.

8. Fair play and conduct

Play fairly. Do not cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate results.
Be respectful in chat. Offensive language is filtered, and abusive behavior is not allowed.
An administrator may pause, suspend, or remove accounts that break these rules.

9. Hosts' responsibilities

If you host a room, you are responsible for running it fairly and honestly, for describing prizes truthfully, and for any prize you choose to give. You must follow any laws that apply to you. Hosts act on their own behalf, not on behalf of KaBingo.

10. Availability and changes

KaBingo is provided "as is" and may change, pause, or stop at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. Significant changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, KaBingo and its owner are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including disputes between players and hosts, prizes that are not delivered, missed games, or interruptions of service. Credits have no monetary value, so their loss carries no monetary claim.

12. Privacy

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture.
We store your display name, avatar, optional phone/GCash number, credit balance, and your game activity (rooms, cards, chat) to run the game.
Data is stored using Supabase (our backend provider). We do not sell your data.
Chat messages and your display name are visible to others in the same room.
